Gamatronic South Africa installed a UPS-SP parallel model, 2 x 500KVA (MVA) on the 18th floor of the South Africa Police Headquarters in Johannesburg / Cape Town. The UPS system works with a generator and supports most of the buildings systems such as lighting, computers and more.

In the previous Gama News edition we wrote about 14 x Power+ 30KVA UPSs that Gamatronic was planned to supply to the FN Motol hospital in Prague.
This month we are proud to show that installation is finalized, with the system up and running successfully.

During the Data Center World Convention, Gamatronic together with MaxPower Corporation (our exclusive distributor in the USA) presented our modular UPS solutions - the POWER+ product family, to the North American customers.

Distribution companies, resellers and system integration companies from all over North and Latin America visited our booth at the event in order to receive updates about the new products, which were recently released to the market.

The POWER+ Freestyle, a rack mount version of the POWER+, was introduced to the market after the CUL & USUL listing of the product. The POWER+ FS is now available in two configurations - up to 50KVA base module with 20U height and up to 100KVA base module with 30U height. The POWER+ Freestyle 208V is offered with an internal maintenance bypass switch and internal battery cabinet - all installed inside a 19" 42U cabinet.

Additionally, Gamatronic presented its new embedded Control and Management Systems - The G4 and the G-Eye. These new systems provide a Perfect "All Built In" solution for control, management and monitoring of computer rooms and data-centers, and ensure full control over IT equipment, real time detection of faults and immediate notifications to users.

On October of this year Gamatronic and Energex S.A., Gamatronics exclusive distributor in Colombia participated in Andicom. ANDICOM Congress is the annual international event that gathers the most important representatives of the telecom and data center industries. The event has been recognized as "the most important academic and business meeting in the telecom industry" of the region. Gamatronic and Energex provided the power for the entire event with a Power Plus unit and had a great presence with two separate booths within the event. The event this year was a great success and will continue to increase Gamatronics already strong presence and brand awareness in Colombia.

Gamatronic is pleased to announce that Power+ FS CE & UL models are now available with parallel option. This means that from today our customers can enjoy vertical & horizontal parallel UPS systems based on Power+ Classic or Power+ FS models.
